What this website collects
Franggo.nl is a static website. It stores nothing about you by itself. With your consent we measure visits and order clicks with Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager, so we can see which shop people order from and which pages help. Without consent, nothing is measured and no marketing cookies are set. Your cookie choice, your remembered shop and whether you dismissed the language hint are kept in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to us.
Ordering pickup
When you order pickup you leave franggo.nl and finish on our ordering page hosted by Butlaroo. Butlaroo processes your order, your name, phone number and payment on our behalf. See Butlaroo’s privacy policy at butlaroo.com for details.
Reservations
Table reservations for West and Oost run through Zenchef. Zenchef processes your name, contact details and booking on our behalf. See zenchef.com for their privacy policy.
Piri Points
Our loyalty programme runs on Leat. When you sign up, Leat stores your name, e-mail address, points and rewards on our behalf. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. See leat.com for their privacy policy.
Delivery
Uber Eats and Thuisbezorgd are separate companies. Orders you place there fall under their privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Mail info@franggo.nl. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
